These terms apply when you use the Taajeel Global website and when you engage us for services. By sending an enquiry or accepting a quotation, you agree to them. Taajeel Global is based at Office 105, First Floor, Sanabil Building, Baniyas Metro Station Exit 2, Deira, Dubai, UAE.

We help you set up and run your company in the UAE: company formation on the Mainland or in a Free Zone, trade licences and renewals, investor and employee visas, Golden Visa assistance, documentation clearance and government liaison (PRO services), bank account support, office solutions and trademark registration.

We are not a law firm or a licensed tax agent. Our guidance is practical support, not legal or tax advice.

Your first consultation is free and does not commit you to anything. It gives general guidance based on what you tell us.

• Sending an enquiry is free and does not commit you.
• An estimate is an indication only. A quotation is a price our team has checked and approved; it lists the services included and the date it is valid until.
• When you accept a quotation in your account, you engage us for the services it lists, on these terms.
• Government and Free Zone fees are set by the authorities and may change.

When you engage Taajeel Global, you agree to:

• provide accurate, authentic and complete information and documents;
• send the paperwork we ask for on time;
• pay the agreed service fees and government charges;
• comply with all UAE laws and regulations.

You pay service fees and government charges according to the milestones in your quotation or invoice. Once processing or official documentation work has started, fees are non-refundable.

The timelines we give are estimates for a straightforward application with verified documents. Our team prepares and submits your application; the government department or Free Zone authority makes the final decision and sets the time it takes. We cannot guarantee an approval.

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. Keep access to your email secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for delays caused by government bodies, system outages or events beyond our control.

The information on this website is general and may change as UAE rules change. Check with us before relying on it for a decision.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.

We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date it is posted on this page; work already agreed continues under the terms in force when you accepted your quotation.
